In the absorption tower, the raw gas flows through various trays or fillers from bottom to top, and is in countercurrent contact with the lean glycol liquid flowing down from the tower top. The glycol liquid absorbs the water vapor in the natural gas, and the dehydrated natural gas (dry gas) flows out from the tower top. The rich liquid of ethylene glycol that has absorbed water flows out from the bottom of the tower, exchanges heat with the water vapor at the top of the regeneration tower, and enters the triethylene glycol flash tank. The hydrocarbon gas absorbed by the ethylene glycol solution is separated, and then sequentially passes through a mechanical filter and an activated carbon filter to remove a small amount of solid, liquid hydrocarbon, chemical agent, and other impurities absorbed and carried by the ethylene glycol solution in the absorption tower to prevent foaming of the ethylene glycol solution Block the distillation column of the regeneration system or cause scaling on the fire tube of the reboiler. The filtered rich triethylene glycol solution enters the triethylene glycol buffer tank for heat exchange with the lean solution, and is injected into the regeneration tower to concentrate and convert the rich solution into lean solution. After heat exchange with the rich solution in the buffer tank, it is pumped into the absorption tower for recycling.
