Gas metering can also use advanced (or simple) orifice valves with differential pressure gauges or other metering instruments. Volume flow meters are used to measure crude oil (or condensate), with pipeline purging function. Both gas and oil metering have bypass pipe systems, and the metering instruments can be repaired and replaced online. Safety accessories include safety valves, liquid level gauges, and multiple pressure gauges and thermometers.

The insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam plastic, wrapped with galvanized iron sheet, which can be used for internal cleaning, replacement, and assembly of internal components. For sizes below DN1600, it can be loaded by about 10 tons of Dongfeng trucks. Due to its convenient movement, it is more suitable for single well process gathering and transportation stations.
The liquid level gauge can display locally, transmit remotely, and provide upper and lower limit alarms. The medium inlet, oil discharge, exhaust, and sewage outlets are equipped with matching flanges, which can achieve quick welding connection with the pipeline network; Multiple specifications, serialization, and the ability to design new parameters and select various instruments, with specialized skids suitable for foaming heavy oil separators.

1、 Product Features Introduction
The gas-liquid inlet adopts various shaped baffles, rotating separation elements, and airflow deceleration (energy absorption) devices to achieve initial gas-liquid separation by utilizing the gas-liquid density difference.
Sufficient settlement zone length to enable Φ Droplets of 50-100 microns naturally settle down.
The rectification and aggregation of structural components in the settlement zone are conducive to the formation of laminar airflow and better settlement, as well as the accumulation and separation of mist.
The fine separation head and mist eliminator at the gas outlet can achieve a separation efficiency of 99%
Special requirements can remove mist with a diameter of 3-5 microns.
Sulfur resistant design and construction can be carried out according to the medium conditions.
Install safety valves to ensure the safety of the container and system.
Equipped with a sewage outlet for regular sewage discharge and slag discharge.
