Phase change heating furnace and pry
A phase change furnace uses a phase change method to achieve the vaporization of water in a closed container, based on the characteristic that steam in the thermal medium has a higher latent heat and higher heat transfer efficiency compared to other media. After vaporization, the steam exchanges heat with the medium inside the coil or heat exchanger tube. The medium inside the tube absorbs the vaporization latent heat of the steam to meet the heating requirements, and the steam condenses back to the furnace tube, where the water is vaporized again, repeating the cycle.

Classification of phase change heating furnaces: Phase change heating furnaces are divided into vacuum phase change heating furnaces, micro pressure phase change heating furnaces, and pressure phase change heating furnaces. Vacuum heating furnace is a phase change heating furnace with heat exchange coils arranged inside the drum, and the rated pressure of the medium inside the furnace is lower than the local atmospheric pressure. The micro pressure phase change crude oil heating furnace is a phase change heating furnace with a rated surface pressure of the medium steam in the boiler not exceeding 0.1 MPa. The pressure phase change crude oil heating furnace is a phase change heating furnace with a rated surface pressure of the medium steam in the pot greater than 0.1 MPa. Split phase change heating furnace is a phase change heating furnace with heat exchange tubes arranged outside the heating furnace drum (shell) and a specialized heat exchanger inside the shell.
