DESCRIPTION
The basic principle of a gravity separator: After entering the separator, the gas and liquid suddenly decelerate and change the direction of the airflow. Under the combined action of inertia, centrifugal force, and gravity, the gas and liquid achieve preliminary separation. After the airflow enters the settling section, a certain diameter of liquid droplets naturally settle into the liquid phase zone under the action of their own gravity during the slow movement towards the outlet. In order to enhance the settling effect and make the airflow easier to appear laminar flow, rectification and guide components are installed in this section, and precision dividing heads and wire mesh mist collectors are installed in the gas outlet section, making it have high separation efficiency.
