On June 6, Beijing, www.legaly.com.cn, reporter Wan Jing was accused of discrimination against hepatitis B B in Shenzhen Branch of CNOOC because it was clearly stipulated in the employment agreement that "the big and small three positive cases of hepatitis B B were found in the physical examination, and the acceptance procedures were postponed". According to relevant surveys, in the current labor and employment market, nearly 60% of state-owned enterprises recruit to detect hepatitis B, and 100% of the "oil and gas" mining industry refuses to register hepatitis B carriers.
In January 2012, Shenzhen Hengping Agency received a phone call from a candidate for CNOOC Shenzhen Branch, saying that CNOOC Shenzhen Branch was still testing hepatitis B during the induction physical examination, and signed a supplementary agreement as evidence. Article 4 of the supplementary agreement clearly states: "According to the special working environment requirements of Party A (Shenzhen COOEC Human Resources Service Co., Ltd.), if Party B is found to have major or minor hepatitis B Sanyang in physical examination after registration, the acceptance formalities shall be postponed. After returning home for treatment and rehabilitation, Party A shall accept and handle the entry formalities."
The job seeker stated that they are applying for CNOOC Shenzhen Branch, but the recruitment work is carried out by Shenzhen CNOOC Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., and a supplementary agreement is also signed with the latter. It is reported that Shenzhen CNOOC Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. is affiliated with the Human Resources Service Branch of CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd. Both are professional human resources service companies under CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd., dedicated to managing and training employees.

Human Resources Service Branch, Shenzhen CNOOC Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., and CNOOC Shenzhen Branch have not responded to this suggestion. Therefore, the equity institution had to send a report letter to the Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, requesting that CNOOC correct its discriminatory behavior and impose corresponding administrative penalties.
